How we handle your details.

You can read every page of this site without giving us anything. This page applies from the moment you send the enquiry form, and it describes exactly what happens to what you typed. Nothing else here collects anything about you.

What the form asks for

Your name and email address, which are required, and your company, country, estimated first order, intended use and message, which are not. Whatever you type in the message field is held exactly as you typed it, so please do not put anything in there you would not want us to keep.

We also store the fact that you ticked the consent box, and when. That record is what makes the consent verifiable, and it is the reason the box exists.

If you arrived on a campaign link, three parameters from that link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) travel with the enquiry so we know which channel to credit. They describe the link, not you.

Why we hold it

To answer you: to send the specification, the documents your import process needs and a price for your destination, and to keep the record of that correspondence as part of our commercial records.

The basis is your consent, given by ticking the box, together with our interest in replying to a business enquiry someone deliberately sent us. You can withdraw the consent at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect the lawfulness of what we did before you did.

What we do not do with it

We do not sell it. We do not pass it to another supplier, a broker or a trading platform. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for, and we do not make any decision about you automatically.

Who else handles it on our behalf

This site is hosted and served by Cloudflare, and the enquiry itself is delivered to our own mailbox by Resend, a transactional email service. Both act on our instruction and for no purpose of their own.

They are named here because you are entitled to know whose servers your message crosses before you send it.

That it crosses a border

Those services run outside Russia, and our office is in Krasnoyarsk, so your enquiry crosses at least one border on the way to us. It crosses because you asked us to answer you, and it is not stored anywhere along the way beyond what is needed to deliver it.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation is live, and after that for as long as our commercial records need the enquiry that started a deal. If nothing came of it, there is no reason to hold it and we do not.

Ask us to delete it and we delete it, including from the mailbox, and we tell you when it is done.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no third-party tracker. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

If measurement is ever switched on, this page is changed before it goes live and it will ask you first.

What you can ask for

A copy of what we hold about you. A correction, if any of it is wrong. Deletion. Withdrawal of your consent. And an explanation of any of the above, in writing, from a person rather than a form.

If you are not satisfied with how we answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you are — Roskomnadzor in Russia, or your own national authority in the EU and the UK.

How to ask

Write to the address in the block above, or reach us on WhatsApp. Say what you want done and we will confirm in writing when it is done. There is no form for this.

Changes to this page

The date at the top is the version. If we change what we collect or who processes it, this page changes on the same day, and the date changes with it.
